COVID 19 - HEALTH & SAFTY


The health and wellbeing of our clients have always been our top priority.  That's why we are putting strict measures in place to protect you and our staff.  These include:

To help with social distancing, please phone us if you want to make an appointment - don't visit us in person to do this.

It is important to cancel and reschedule your appointment if:

  • You feel unwell.
  • Have a high temperature.
  • You live with anyone who is unwell.
  • You have been in contact with anyone who has typical coronavirus symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
  • If you have been told to quarantine.

When attending your appointment you will be asked to confirm that you have none of the above symptoms.

EXTRA H&S MEASURES WE ARE TAKING

  1. We will only be allowing the client who is having the treatment into the salon, if you have an appointment booked at the same time as someone else and you finish first you will be asked to wait for them in your car (unless it is a child).
  2. If the carpark outside the salon is full please park in the carpark at the bottom of our road.
  3. It is very important you arrive for your appointment on time.
  4. Please do not enter the salon until directed to do so by a team member, where you will be asked to immediately  wash your hands in the toilet before entering the treatment room.
  5. You will only be able to have the treatment you have booked in for so please ensure that we know if you require a removal or tips etc.
  6. Our team will greet you without close contact (sadly no hugs)
  7. As it is now compulsory for all clients to wear face coverings whilst in the salon, we have decided that visors will need to be worn by all clients.  If you have a visor feel free to bring it with you, if you do not have one, we will supply a fully sanitised visor. Alternatively you may purchase a new visor from us for £2.50. 
  8. Team members will be washing their hands thoroughly between clients.
  9. Team members will be wearing either a mask and a visor/safety goggles when within 2m of another person.
  10. Team members will be sanitizing all stations between appointments.
  11. All touch points such as door handles, toilet seat etc will be sanitized regularly.
